A campanha acontece devido ao aumento de consumo e venda de bebidas alco\u00f3licas que envolvem este grupo de pessoas vulner\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>O Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e Adolescente (ECA) no artigo 243 estabelece a pena de deten\u00e7\u00e3o de dois a quatro anos, e multa, se o fato n\u00e3o constitui crime mais grave, para quem vender, fornecer, servir, ministrar ou entregar, ainda que gratuitamente, de qualquer forma, a crian\u00e7a ou a adolescente, bebida alco\u00f3lica ou, sem justa causa, outros produtos cujos componentes possam causar depend\u00eancia f\u00edsica ou ps\u00edquica.<\/p>\n<p>A campanha tem como objetivo orientar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, e tamb\u00e9m foi entregue uma Portaria Normativa baixada pela Policia Militar aos propriet\u00e1rios de estabelecimentos comerciais que vendem bebidas alco\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n<p>Den\u00fancias podem ser feitas para a Policia Militar no telefone celular (89) 99908-1031.<\/p>\n<div
