A a\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu na BR 316 em Valen\u00e7a do Piau\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Durante ronda na rodovia federal, a equipe deu ordem de parada a motocicleta HONDA\/NXR160 BROS ESD, pois o condutor transitava sem utilizar o capacete de seguran\u00e7a. O homem de 32 anos apresentava sinais de embriaguez, tais como: olhos vermelhos, odor et\u00edlico e fala alterada, por isso, foi ofertado o teste do etil\u00f4metro ao motorista.<\/p>\n<p>O teste do &#8220;baf\u00f4metro&#8221; acusou o teor de 0,91 miligramas de \u00e1lcool por litro de ar expelido pelos pulm\u00f5es (mg\/L), \u00edndice 22 vezes acima do limite regulamentar e que \u00e9 considerado crime de tr\u00e2nsito. O motorista \u00e9 inabilitado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, foi constatado o crime de Embriaguez ao volante.
