{"id":189981,"date":"2024-02-19T17:12:32","date_gmt":"2024-02-19T20:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalv1.com.br\/?p=189981"},"modified":"2024-02-19T17:12:32","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T20:12:32","slug":"prefeito-marcelo-costa-assina-termo-de-cessao-de-imovel-para-abrigar-promotorias-de-justica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalv1.com.br\/prefeito-marcelo-costa-assina-termo-de-cessao-de-imovel-para-abrigar-promotorias-de-justica\/","title":{"rendered":"Prefeito Marcelo Costa assina termo de cess\u00e3o de im\u00f3vel para abrigar Promotorias de Justi\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O prefeito Marcelo Costa assinou na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (19), o termo em que o munic\u00edpio de Valen\u00e7a do Piau\u00ed cede ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado do Piau\u00ed (MPPI), por 10 anos, o pr\u00e9dio localizado ao lado do INSS na Pra\u00e7a Get\u00falio Vargas, que abrigar\u00e1 a sede das Promotorias de Justi\u00e7a da cidade, que hoje funcionam na Rua S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>O termo foi assinado pelo prefeito e pelo procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Piau\u00ed (PGJ-PI), Cleandro Moura. Ficou acertado que a Procuradoria Geral de Justi\u00e7a poder\u00e1 promover modifica\u00e7\u00f5es na parte f\u00edsica interna do pr\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n<p>Os promotores de Justi\u00e7a D\u00e9bora Geane e Sinobilino Pinheiro, que atuam nas 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa promotorias de Justi\u00e7a de Valen\u00e7a, respectivamente, estiveram presentes no momento da assinatura do Termo. A chefe de gabinete do PGJ-PI, promotora de Justi\u00e7a Cl\u00e1udia Seabra, e o advogado da prefeitura de Valen\u00e7a, Ronaldo Santos, tamb\u00e9m acompanharam a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da cess\u00e3o. A assinatura aconteceu na sala de reuni\u00f5es do Gabinete do PGJ, na sede Centro do MPPI.<\/p>\n<p><a
