Dr. Jos\u00e9 Sodr\u00e9 Ferreira Neto determinou que os candidatos da coliga\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cCompromisso com Pimenteiras, Lealdade com Nossa Gente\u201d, que tem como candidato a prefeito L\u00facia Lacerda e Z\u00e9 Ota como vice retirem num prazo de 48h as bandeiras fixadas em bens particulares sob pena de pagamento de R$ 2 mil reais por dia.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a den\u00fancia, os candidatos estariam violando a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada \u00e0 propaganda eleitoral com a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de bandeiras em muros e telhados de diversas resid\u00eancias e em alguns casos sem o consentimento do propriet\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnte o exposto, na cogni\u00e7\u00e3o apropriada deste momento, acolho o pedido de liminar para determinar: A intima\u00e7\u00e3o dos Representados para que, no prazo de 48 horas, promovam a retirada das bandeiras fixadas em bens particulares em desacordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral, sob pena de pagamento de multa de R$ 2.000,00 por dia
