A abordagem ocorreu durante fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de rotina no km 207 da BR-316, em a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Ag\u00eancia de Defesa Agropecu\u00e1ria do Piau\u00ed (ADAPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O condutor foi abordado enquanto dirigia um caminh\u00e3o VW\/15.190 Worker, de cor branca. Ao ser convidado, ele se submeteu voluntariamente ao teste do etil\u00f4metro. O aparelho registrou o valor de 0.51 mg\/L, o que caracteriza crime de tr\u00e2nsito, conforme o Art. 306 do C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante do resultado, foi constatado, a princ\u00edpio, o crime de conduzir ve\u00edculo com capacidade psicomotora alterada em raz\u00e3o da influ\u00eancia de \u00e1lcool. O motorista recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o e foi encaminhado \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil de Valen\u00e7a do Piau\u00ed para os procedimentos cab\u00edveis.
