antecipada no agravo de instrumento interposto pelo ex-gestor do Fundo Municipal de Sa\u00fade de Pimenteiras o medico Francisco Ant\u00e3o Arraes de Carvalho (Dr. Arraes) que pedia a retirada no nome do ex-gestor da lista do TCE-PI referentes \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de 2007\/2008 que foram julgadas irregulares pelo TCE-PI.<\/p>\n<p>Na ultima quarta-feira (10), o juiz Aderson Ant\u00f4nio Brito Nogueira da 1\u00aa Vara dos Feitos da Fazenda Publica negou o pedido (<a href=\"https:\/\/portalv1.com.br\/app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Clique-e-veja-aqui.pdf\">Clique e veja aqui<\/a>), num entanto, o desembargador Jos\u00e9 James Gomes Pereira revogou a decis\u00e3o em favor do ex-gestor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConcedo o efeito suspensivo ativo, a fim de determinar a imediata suspens\u00e3o da decis\u00e3o que declarou irregulares as contas do agravante e, via de consequ\u00eancia, a exclus\u00e3o do seu nome da lista de gestores que tiveram suas contas reprovadas, at\u00e9 o julgamento final do presente agravo\u201d decidiu.<\/p>\n<p>Com a decis\u00e3o em m\u00e3os, o ex-gestor protocolou j\u00e1 na sexta-feira (12) na 55\u00aa Zona Eleitoral o pedido de registro de candidatura (322152016) para concorrer ao cargo de prefeito de Pimenteiras, uma vez, que seu nome foi aprovado em conven\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pelo PMDB municipal.<\/p>\n<p><a
