Outra alega\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que a gest\u00e3o municipal n\u00e3o discutiu com os servidores o projeto que segundo os sindicalistas n\u00e3o vem enfrentando v\u00e1rios problemas nas cidades que tiveram esse sistema implantado.<\/p>\n<p>A finalidade do sindicato \u00e9 pressionar os vereadores mostrando que os servidores municipais n\u00e3o querem a previd\u00eancia pr\u00f3pria e desejam continuar sendo assistidos pelo INSS. O sindicato tem um abaixo-assinado mostrando que a maioria dos mais de 700 servidores n\u00e3o querem o regime.<\/p>\n<p>A luta dos servidores parece ingl\u00f3ria, uma vez que a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto \u00e9 uma imposi\u00e7\u00e3o da prefeita Cei\u00e7a Dias que n\u00e3o aceita outro resultado da sess\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria que n\u00e3o seja a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto.
