{"id":31684,"date":"2017-05-23T14:36:16","date_gmt":"2017-05-23T17:36:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalv1.com.br\/?p=31684"},"modified":"2017-05-23T14:36:16","modified_gmt":"2017-05-23T17:36:16","slug":"vereadores-de-pimenteiras-realizam-sessao-com-camara-lotada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalv1.com.br\/vereadores-de-pimenteiras-realizam-sessao-com-camara-lotada\/","title":{"rendered":"Vereadores de Pimenteiras realizam sess\u00e3o com c\u00e2mara lotada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A sess\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Pimenteiras realizada na manha desta segunda-feira (22) atraiu um grande numero de servidores, estudantes e populares que estavam interessados no desfecho sobre os projetos de autoria do Executivo Municipal, que pedia a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do parlamento para contrair empr\u00e9stimos junto a institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras no valor de pouco mais de 13 milh\u00f5es de reais.<\/p>\n<p>A sess\u00e3o contou com a presen\u00e7a de todos os nove vereadores que realizaram um longo debate sobre os projetos. Entre os pedidos de empr\u00e9stimo, o que chamou mais a aten\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores foi o de numero 05, onde o Executivo pedia autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para ceder ao Banco do Brasil, 40% do precat\u00f3rio 788\/2016 (Fundef) autuado em junho de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto recebeu uma emenda do vereador Gilberto Soares (PTB), que libera o empr\u00e9stimo, mais afirma que o Executivo n\u00e3o pode utilizar mais do que 40% do precat\u00f3rio e que obede\u00e7a a Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Federal durante a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o desses recursos.<\/p>\n<p>O debate contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos advogados Dr. Santos falando em nome da prefeitura e do Dr. Renato representando os servidores municipais e da presidenta do sindicato dos servidores Mailena Silva que apesar de exporem suas observa\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o conseguiram um consenso entre os parlamentares.<\/p>\n<p>Sem uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o definida, a presid\u00eancia da casa aceitou o pedido de vistas do vereador Jos\u00e9 de Oliveira Neto (Jos\u00e9 Ota) adiando a vota\u00e7\u00e3o de toda a pauta para a pr\u00f3xima sess\u00e3o legislativa.
