Ent\u00e3o a gente percebe que h\u00e1 de cara um desvio de recurso. A ideia \u00e9 pedir que haja uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o profunda em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a isso, para que essas pessoas sejam responsabilizadas por esse tipo de crime\u201d afirmou.
