Veja os oficios abaixo.<\/p>\n<p>Pelo regimento \u00e9 o prefeito municipal que abre o ano legislativo com sua mensagem anual ou indica algu\u00e9m para tal atribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Nessa sess\u00e3o apenas a prefeita se pronuncia lendo a mensagem com as metas para esse ano.
