Francivando<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Piau\u00ed (TRE-PI), atrav\u00e9s do seu presidente desembargador Francisco Ant\u00f4nio Paes Landim Filho determinou a imediata execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Acord\u00e3o 19392\/17, que cassou os 29 vereadores de Valen\u00e7a, entre eles os seis vereadores eleitos Nonatin Soares, Benoni Sousa, Ariana Rosa, Fatima Caetano, Stenio Rommel e Leonardo Nogueira.<\/p>\n<p>Antes da decis\u00e3o, o presidente negou o pedido dos vereadores afastados que pediram a suspens\u00e3o do acord\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os advogados Lu\u00eds Francivando e Wallyson Soares, o juiz eleitoral de Valen\u00e7a (18\u00aa Zona) Dr. Juscelino Norberto j\u00e1 foi comunicado e a expectativa \u00e9 que as provid\u00eancias sejam tomadas nesta quarta-feira, 27 de mar\u00e7o, ou seja, que a c\u00e2mara seja comunicada da decis\u00e3o e emposse seis vereadores das outras tr\u00eas coliga\u00e7\u00f5es que disputaram a elei\u00e7\u00e3o em Valen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Devem tomar posse os suplentes Vanildo Castro, Joaquim Filho, Garotinho Dhone, Edilsa do Vale, Geane Vieira e Iara Costa.<a
