No recurso seis vereadores eleitos questionam seus afastamentos da C\u00e2mara Municipal, ocorrido em decorr\u00eancia da decis\u00e3o do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do estado, que, em 2017, cassou as chapas das coliga\u00e7\u00f5es Compromisso Com Valen\u00e7a I e II para as elei\u00e7\u00f5es proporcionais de 2016 na localidade.
