O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE) julga nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, 29 de mar\u00e7o o prefeito de Valen\u00e7a do Piaui Francisco de Assis Alc\u00e2ntara e o suplente de vereador Valdefran Vieira da Silva. Os dois s\u00e3o acusados de capta\u00e7\u00e3o il\u00edcita de sufr\u00e1gio nas \u00faltimas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais.<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o que ser\u00e1 julgada nesta ter\u00e7a-feira \u00e9 uma das 05 a\u00e7\u00f5es ajuizadas pelo ex-candidato a prefeito Rubens Alencar. A A\u00e7\u00e3o de Impugna\u00e7\u00e3o de Mandato Eletivo (AIME), que \u00e9 a jun\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es impetradas pela oposi\u00e7\u00e3o ainda n\u00e3o tem data para ser julgada.
