{"id":86501,"date":"2020-06-12T18:53:48","date_gmt":"2020-06-12T21:53:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalv1.com.br\/?p=86501"},"modified":"2020-06-13T08:48:51","modified_gmt":"2020-06-13T11:48:51","slug":"homem-e-preso-em-valenca-apos-cometer-vandalismo-em-estatua-da-padroeira","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalv1.com.br\/homem-e-preso-em-valenca-apos-cometer-vandalismo-em-estatua-da-padroeira\/","title":{"rendered":"Homem \u00e9 preso em Valen\u00e7a, ap\u00f3s cometer vandalismo em estatua da padroeira"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O suspeito de cravar uma faca na cabe\u00e7a da est\u00e1tua de Nossa Senhora do \u00d3 e Concei\u00e7\u00e3o, colocar uma corrente em seu pesco\u00e7o e de retirar o arco e a coroa na noite desta quinta-feira (11) foi preso pela pol\u00edcia civil nesta sexta-feira, 12 de junho, em Valen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o delegado regional Dr. Maycon Braga, ap\u00f3s o registro de ocorr\u00eancia os investigadores da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Valen\u00e7a diligenciaram na tentativa de identificar o autor do vandalismo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNa manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira, a equipe de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o identificou o suspeito E.C.G como sendo autor do ato de vandalismo, sendo que o mesmo aparenta ter problemas mentais\u201d, informou.<\/p>\n<p>Maycon Braga disse que o acusado confessou o ato de vandalismo. \u201cEle confessou aos investigadores a pr\u00e1tica do ato e afirmou que arrancou a coroa e o arco da imagem da santa e jogou-os em uma lixeira no Centro de Valen\u00e7a. Os policiais civis tentaram localizar os objetos na lixeira mencionada, contudo, a lixeira j\u00e1 estava vazia\u201d, afirmou o delegado, que disse tamb\u00e9m que o acusado ser\u00e1 investigado pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de ultraje a culto, previsto no art. 208, do C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n<p>Na tarde desta sexta-feira (12), um grupo de jovens estava ornamentando a santa que fica em frente a Matriz de Nossa Senhora do \u00d3 e Concei\u00e7\u00e3o.
