A decis\u00e3o foi dada no dia 30 de dezembro.<\/p>\n<p>O pedido de desbloqueio foi feito pelo ainda ent\u00e3o prefeito Arnilton Nogueira alegando n\u00e3o subsistirem os motivos determinantes da decis\u00e3o proferida pelo conselheiro Kleber Dantas Eul\u00e1lio nos autos do Protocolo n\u00ba 015563\/2020.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com relat\u00f3rio da Divis\u00e3o Especializada em Regimes Pr\u00f3prios (DFRPPS), o prefeito comprovou o recolhimento das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es em regime de parcelamento do per\u00edodo de julho e agosto de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAssim, considerando a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da DFRPPS, datado de 30\/12\/2020, asseverando pela regularidade da situa\u00e7\u00e3o motivo de bloqueio das contas banc\u00e1rias ao teor de decis\u00e3o anterior, determino o desbloqueio total das aludidas contas da P.
