O financiamento p\u00fablico desse tipo de evento tamb\u00e9m fica proibido. As medidas foram adotadas para evitar aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es e novas contamina\u00e7\u00f5es pela Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda segundo o decreto ficam suspensas as atividades que envolvam aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es, eventos culturais, atividades esportivas e sociais, bem como o funcionamento de boates, casas de shows e qualquer tipo de estabelecimentos que promovam atividades festivas, em espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico ou privado, em ambiente fechado ou aberto, com ou sem venda de ingressos.<\/p>\n<p>Bares e restaurantes s\u00f3 poder\u00e3o funcionar at\u00e9 \u00e0s 23h30, vedada a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de som ambiente, seja atrav\u00e9s de m\u00fasica ao vivo, som mec\u00e2nico ou instrumental. Em outro ponto, o decreto determina que o com\u00e9rcio em geral s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 funcionar at\u00e9 as 17h.<\/p>\n<p>Fica vedada a concess\u00e3o de ponto facultativo nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas municipais no per\u00edodo definido em calend\u00e1rio para o carnaval, especialmente nos dias 15, 16 e 17 de fevereiro.
